Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

Payment must accompany all orders unless other arrangements are made.  Payment shall be in United States currency and paid upon presentation of the bill of sale.  Cash and PayPal will be accepted. PayPal being the preferred method of payment. Please do not send cash through the mail. Sales tax will be added to all purchases except for those shipped to out-of-state addresses. 

 

Except in special instances, prints will not be shipped or released before full payment is received and cleared.

Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all photographs sold are originals, executed by the Artist, and are certified to be free from all defects due to faulty craftsmanship or faulty materials.  The Purchaser is cautioned, however, that the Artist cannot be held responsible for fading, cracking, and other damage to these artworks caused by careless exposure to sunlight, moisture, high temperatures or weather.

If the Buyer decides within 15 days he or she would like a different photograph the Buyer may return the photograph acquired for full credit against the purchase of any other work available at that time.  The photograph shall be returned in good condition and within 15 days from the date of sale.

The photographs are sold and priced with and without overmats/frames, and will be framed upon request. All overmats are professionally cut using 100% pure rag, acid-free Museum board.

All shipments are fully insured by the shipper against damage or loss.  If works are not received in good condition, please notify the Seller at once.

The prints are carefully packed and shipped via U.S. registered mail, or Federal Express, insured, with a return receipt requested. The shipping and handling will be billed to the purchaser. 

Prints only will ship within one week of payment.  Framed prints will ship within two weeks of payment.

All works are copyrighted by the Artist and may not be reproduced in any manner without the permission of the Artist.
